Tournament Rules
We expect all players to follow the code of conduct outlined below, on our Events. These Rules a subject to change.
Even if someone does not break the literal wording of these policies, they may still violate the intended spirit of the rules.
Tournament Organizers, Judges, Scorekeepers, and other Officials reserve the right to use their best judgment to uphold both the letter and the spirit of these policies.
To ensure our tournaments meet the highest standards, all events are held under Competitive REL and follow the Basic & Comprehensive Rules, the Commander Rules, the MTR, and the Multiplayer addendum MTR & IPG.
Ensure that your proxies are printed with original WotC art and in color. If you can find it on Scryfall, the Head Judge is fine with it.
The use of Counterfeit Cards is prohibited and can be subject for Disqualification.
Ensure our playtest card is printed with at least one visible feature that clearly distinguishes them from real Magic cards. Examples include:
– A different card back
– A made-up set symbol
– A missing copyright symbol
– A border or frame style that has never been used with the artwork you’re printing

Please note that the distance selling law does not apply to ticket-only purchases. The reason is that sports, leisure, and cultural events of any kind cannot be planned or operated economically if a two-week right of withdrawal and return were granted. The legislator recognizes this as well, which is why the distance selling law explicitly does not apply to contracts between you and the event organizer for the provision of services in leisure activities (Section 312b (3) No. 6 of the German Civil Code – BGB).
